Remote Support

We can remotely provide computer help for a wide variety of computer problems. To get started, simply follow the steps below to run our remote access software.

  1. If you haven't already, please give us a call and we'll walk you through the quick setup process.
  2. Download the remote access software.
  3. When the "File Download" window appears, click the Open or Run button.
  4. After it downloads, you may see a message that says The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?. If so, click the Run button.
  5. In the box next to the Access Code text, enter the value that we've provided to you.
  6. Once we have completed our work on your computer, we will disconnect and the software will close. After this disconnection, we will no longer have access to your system.

Real VNC

Real VNC is an alternative utility for remote access. We may ask you to download and install this utility instead, but it's not usually necessary in most cases. Download Real VNC.
